Mr. Orlando Edwards is currently the Country Director of the British Council in Sri Lanka. Previously, he was the Country Director in Algeria, where he oversaw School Reform programmes, the launch of the British Council's digital library, and was the Regional Manager in the Global Network Team at British Council headquarters in London, supporting senior management and Directors in the Americas and East Asia. Also, he served as the Cultural and Education Consul in Wuhan, and Hubei, China. Altogether Mr. Edwards has worked for the British Council for a combined total of 15 years. He is a keen sportsperson, passionate about culture and cultural relations, and speaks Chinese and French.

Dr. Sepalika Sudasinghe is the Director General/CEO of the National Science Foundation (NSF) and a Senior Consultant to the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA). Also, she has served as the Additional Director General and the Head of the School of Postgraduate Studies of the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) before joining the NSF.

She earned her PhD in Development Administration specializing Public Policy Management from the National Institute of Development Administration, Thailand. She is a proactive and highly professional individual who is having a proven track record of more than 33 years in the public sector, academic, teaching, research and administrative fields.

Professor S. Srisatkunarajah has been the 9th Vice Chancellor of the University of Jaffna since 2020. He is an alumnus and an academic in Mathematics, Department of Mathematics and Statistics in the Faculty of Science, University of Jaffna since 2009.

Having completed his PhD in 1988 at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, he has served as a senior lecturer in Mathematics at the University. In his field of Mathematics, Prof. S.Srisatkunarajah has internationally recognized achievements, and his professional experience is widely commended by national and international mathematical communities
