National Library Auditorium under the theme &#8220;Information for Development : A Way Forward to Address Current Global Challenges&#8221;. <br \/>Dr. Patrick McNamara Executive Director, United States &#8211; Sri Lanka Fulbright Commission was the Chief Guest, while Prof. Siri Hettige, Emeritus Professor of Sociology &#8211; University of Colombo served as the Keynote Speaker. Following the inauguration, the scientific sessions commenced with three parallel tracks. A total of 17 research papers were presented by both local and international scholars, providing a <br \/>valuable platform for knowledge exchange. ICNATLIB 2024 reflected the vibrant spirit of inquiry among emerging scholars and laid a strong foundation for future academic and professional
