Prabhath Jayasinghe<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e53b177 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e53b177\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Secretary General, Sri Lanka National Commission for UNESCO<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf8d458 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf8d458\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Senior Professor H. N. Prabhath Jayasinghe currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Sri Lanka National Commission for UNESCO and is also a Senior Professor in the Department of Business Economics, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo.<\/p><p>He is a distinguished academic with extensive expertise in international finance, financial markets, macroeconomics, and political economy. Professor Jayasinghe has over two decades of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Macroeconomics, International Finance, Financial Econometrics, Managerial Economics, and Research Methodology. His research focuses on international finance, exchange rate dynamics, financial markets, stock market volatility, and political economy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56dc619 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"56dc619\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be88f22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be88f22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>He has authored the book Managerial Economics: Concepts and Tools (2018) and has published numerous research articles in leading national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Economic Modelling, Pacific Economic Review, Real-World Economics Review, and the Sri Lanka Journal of Economic Research. His scholarly contributions have significantly advanced the understanding of financial economics, exchange rate exposure, capital markets, and macroeconomic policy in emerging economies. In addition to his research, Professor Jayasinghe has actively supervised postgraduate research and presented his work at several international academic
