After 12 years in a range of library leadership roles, including Assistant Manager, Library and Senior Manager (South India), where she led library operations and customer services, shespent eight years as Head of Examinations, South India. Following a brief stint at IDP, Australia, leading Business Development for IELTS, Viji returned to the British Council as Director, Libraries, South Asia.<\/p><p>In her current role as Director Libraries (Global), British Council, she leads the strategy and coordination of the organization\u2019s physical library network across the globe, as well as its Digital Library offer in more than 30
