AUTHOR GUIDLINES
PAPER PREPARATION
- You are invited to submit your abstracts within the scope of ICNATLIB 2026.
- The short abstract must be written in English, while the extended abstract may be written in Sinhala, English, or Tamil. Extended
abstracts submitted in a local language must be accompanied by an English abstract.
- The maximum length of extended abstracts is limited to five (05) A4 pages (Maximum 1500 words and minimum 1300 words) in the given conference format.
- Submissions must be original and must not have been previously presented or published elsewhere. Extended abstracts that are identical or substantially similar to work already published or under review for another conference or publication will not be
considered.
- Each author may submit one extended abstract as a single author and up to three extended abstracts as a co-author. No author may submit more than four extended abstracts in total.
- All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the ICNATLIB 2026 Conference Proceedings.
- Presenters based in Sri Lanka are required to present on-site, while overseas presenters will have the option to present online.
- If an abstract is accepted by the Conference Committee, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.
- Please note that abstracts not prepared according to the given guidelines or submitted after the deadline will not be considered for review.
- The Editorial Committee reserves the right to make minor modifications to abstracts to enhance clarity and quality
PAPER SUBMISSION
- All paper submissions are through CMT. If you are a first time user of CMT, create an account using your official email.
- Manuscript submission should be in both Microsoft Word and PDF document only in the given format.
- Authors are required to submit the ‘Author Declaration Form’ along with the extended abstract.
