GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

  • The presenting author of the accepted papers should be registered using the online registration form on or before 1st of September 2026 to include the accepted paper/s for conference proceedings.
  • The presenting author who fails to register online before the deadline for the conference will not be allowed to make presentations.
  • The co-authors/participants of the accepted papers are also eligible to register online for the conference before the deadline.
  • The conference packs and certificates will be issued only for the authors who are registered on or before the deadline.
  • Onsite registration at the conference venue will not be available for paper presenters or co-authors. However, other participants will be eligible for onsite registration.
  • Overseas authors/participants are required to make their own arrangements for accommodation, meals, and other necessities.
  • Complete the registration details and make the payment using the link and information provided below.
  • Once registration is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you didn't receive any emails, check your spam/junk folder.
  • Additionally, participants who are undergraduate students (those pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma) must possess a valid student ID or valid registration as an undergraduate student until 3rd September 2026.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

  • At least one author from each accepted paper should register by September 1st, 2026 and should upload a clear Scanned Copy or a Photo of the Bank Slip/Online Notice (Should upload the email notification of successful payment received either using Online Payment Gateway or Online Transfer).
  • Student Participants must provide Proof of Studentship (Scanned Copy of Student ID or other evidence) in registration.
  • Overseas author/s participants must find their accommodation, food & beverages and other necessities on their own.
  • Registered Authors/Co-Authors/Participants will receive a Registration Confirmation Email, once the conference registration committee reviews the Payment Details, Proof of Studentship.
  • Authors need to upload scanned copies or images of 'Bank Payment Receipt/ Online Notice' in the registration form. Please read the instructions given to upload the document in the relevant fields of the registration form.
