Recommendation Of Library Books
The NLDSB has started this project in order to recommend suitable books for libraries.
Objective
- To ensure recognition for the quality of library books.
- Encourage publishers and authors to produce standard books.
- Discourage acquiring un-quality, Unsuitable publications to libraries.
- Providing guidance for librarians/ readers in the selection of quality works.
- Improving reading habit and opportunity to enjoy reading books.
- Support the libraries to obtain funds for the purchase of quality books.
Methodology
Provision recommends evaluating works have already been published
