The Research Division of the National Library & Documentation Services Board successfully conducted a two-day workshop on Qualitative Data Analysis and NVivo on 23rd–24th April 2026. The workshop was facilitated by Prof. Renuka Herath from the Department of Information Management, Business School, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT), who served as the resource person. The program brought together professionals and researchers from various disciplines and provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and analyzing qualitative data using NVivo software. Key areas covered during the workshop included data organization, coding techniques, the qualitative data analysis process, and effective interpretation of research findings. The sessions encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing among attendees, contributing to the enhancement of research skills and professional development.
