NATIONAL LIBRARY AND DOCUMENTATION SERVICES BOARD
National Library and Documentation Services Board has started a programme to provide talking books equipment and software for the benefit of visually handicapped readers. The talking books and equipment are provided to the main public libraries in the country. In conjunction with the National Reading Month 2017, a seminar was organized to make aware the public.
