NATIONAL LIBRARY AND DOCUMENTATION SERVICES BOARD
The National Library Review (NLR) is published bi-annually, by the National Library & Documentation Services Board (NLDSB), Sri Lanka. NLR is an open access and peer-reviewed journal to publish high quality original research papers in the Library & Information Science (LIS) field and any other related fields. It entertains LIS contributions in the form of Research articles, Review articles and Research-in-Progress Papers and any other related work. The journal publishes articles in the languages of Sinhala, Tamil, and English on topics of relevance to Sri Lanka and the wider global community. The manuscript/article should not be published or submitted to any other publication.
The NLR follows an open access policy to promote global exchange of knowledge. Articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution License [CC BY 4.0], enabling free use with proper citation, supporting wider visibility and impact of research.
Apart from that, all the publications of the NLR are in the National Digital Library & Repository of the NLDSB URL: https://diglib.natlib.lk/
No payment is charged from authors regarding submission or publishing in the National Library Review.
